This compression sleeve runs a bit large. I was close to the upper range of the Small measurements so I got a Medium. I could have gotten the Small and been happy with the fit. No complaints. It works well so I'm satisfied. It is comfortable. This comes as a pair. It is well made, not bulky. It is easy to put on and take off. It provides adequate support for a sprained knee. It holds heat for soothing relief but is breathable so you don't sweat underneath. The silicon grip at the top works very well. It keeps the sleeve in place. It doesn't ride up or bunch up behind the knee.

I love these. They give amazing support for when I'm walking a lot at work. They are comfortable and sometimes I forget I'm wearing them they help when I squat and my knees never get sore. They are very durable and somewhat breathable. A perfect fit as well.

The product itself is great. Very supportive and effective in easing the pain. The problem is the sizing. I measured a 17 so I ordered the medium and it is so tight around the upper part of my knee that my thigh creases over it a little which makes it uncomfortable above my knee after a couple of hours of use.

This brace has saved me from sudden, excruciating knee pain. Eventually I can push my knee joint back in, but can take up to 1/2 hr. to do so and meanwhile I'm stuck wherever I am. Can't move or bend my knee at all. My knee even when lying in bed will subluxate out of nowhere so I do wear it in bed overnight. Have found brace doesn't work for me at all if I put it on and wrap too tightly. A much looser wrap stays up, is so comfortable I forget its on and it works! Love the open back, too. Would not buy a brace without an open back.

"Great support and quality"

I had some kind of soft tissue injury and my knee swelled up to twice its size with a lot of pain. I ordered this brace, it has the highest customer rating at 4.5, and it did what I needed it to do which is keep my knee aligned so it couldn't twist. Some people writing reviews complained about it causing some irritation on the skin. Do this: cut the top off a men's athletic sock and use it as a "sleeve" on your knee area. Also put some caster oil on the area affected (under the sock of course) then put the brace on. Also, a heat pack works wonders.

These compression knee braces are okay, but I find them uncomfortable on the back of the knee because they tend to bunch up there. They help somewhat with my knee pain and will fit under most pants. I bought the Medium, which is very tight.

These braces work very welland have lots of support.

Took a sec to figure out how to orient the smaller straps, but overall it's actually easy to fit. The velcro holds well so far and the brace stays in place. It's a bit uncomfortable to try and get a full knee bend with it on, but that's minor. I wear it all the time when I'm awake

La qualita sembra buona e non metto in dubbio possano essere utilissime anche per la tendinite patellare che stavo avendo, ma le misure sono abbastanza fuorvianti, ho seguito la tabella andando per eccesso e preso la taglia relativa alle mie misure ed erano super strette, non riuscivo a tenerle su per più di 2 minuti.Peccato perché non c'era possibilità di sostituirle, solo di renderle, le avrei riprovate volentieri della taglia in piu.
