Greenwood’s essential oils I am getting used to, reason being there are so many, that have great benefits, whether neat ( cold pressed) on the skin, or to use with a carrier oil. Presently the 15 ml bottle stands at £12.48, more expensive than some. However having used a lot of Greenwood’s oils, they are so pure and nice. The oils also last a long time if used correctly. So what is this oil, and what are the benefits, so here is some information I have researched: The Elemi is extracted from the elemi tree Used a lot in making soap, cosmetics, perfume and paint industries. The essential oil can be used for facial or body steaming Blends well with citrus oils, lemon, bergamot, citronella, lavender. Inhaling helps congestion, the sinus, hay fever. I also use mine in a diffuser. Add a few drops with your favourite moisturiser and massage face, skin and body, helps with sun damage. Can be used as an expectorant when steaming. Do not swallow. Can help with digestion. By searching there an array of making potions and how much of each oil to be present. Aromatherapy massages. Repairs skin of scarring, cuts, infections. Fights against anti ageing, sagging, fewer lines. Please consult your GP before you try these recipes out, or use the oil if in doubt. Smells quite nice, a bit lemony. This is a lovely product. The scent is very strong which indicates quality. The packaging is attractive but simple. The bottle comes with a bung which is easy to remove and replaced with a dropper. Although it is not organic, as far as I can tell, it is all natural. The money back guarantee is a strong element in favour of this product as it shows the producers are confident in their abilities. Canarium luzonicum is a tropical plant. The oil is antibacterial, antifungal, antiseptic, antispasmodic, and rubefacient (causes redness). It can be used in cases of fevers and chills, arthritis, burns among other conditions. It has a lovely soft minty scent which is almost floral.

I ordered this for use in my diffuser which it is perfect for. The smell is quite minty/menthol but with a hint of lemon - nice and fresh but not too overpowering. You only need a few drops in the diffuser for hours of fresh smell in the home. That said, for a bottle of 15ml this is pricey and although a little goes a long way, this still wouldn’t be something I reordered due to the high price - I am sure you can find something similar, even a set of several oils, for this price or lower. The quality is however very good and I’ve had oils from this brand before which have all been outstanding.

Elemi essential oil is a new one for me - I do love surprises - and it doesn't disappoint. It's a steam distilled essential oil that has a light, fresh, lemony fragrance thats quite lovely. As well as being used in perfume blends it also has therapeutic uses and is particularly good in skin preparations. What a lovely discovery this one was! Another fine quality essential oil from Greenwood - a company who I have cone to trust for excellent quality essential and cold pressed oils.

I love collecting essential oils and though I'd heard of Elemi I've never tried it so I was keen to receive this. I have a good collection of Greenwood essential oils and they never disappoint. Its difficult to describe the aroma but it is very pleasant, slightly citrusy but a little deeper, it also has a calming effect when inhaled. So I took to google to find some uses and these are what I will be trying out. Firstly put a couple of drops in water and use a hot cloth on your face to breath in the aroma and treat your skin Secondly I read it is excellent for treating respiratory conditions so ideal to use to steam your airways. Thirdly I will be trying it in an oil diffuser/humidifier. A great versatile addition to my essential oil collection and I'd highly recommend the brand.

Green and pine like. It has a strong undertone of more woody scents. Good for adding depth to citrus notes. Good quality and value. Is a brown bottle in a box. The bottle and box are sealed with a loose dropper insert for the bottle included in the box so you can use it or not. Smell that lasts and should keep once opened for several months. Recommended.

This is a good quality oil, from a reputable company. Elemi is known as poor man's frankincense, and it has most of the same benefits. It's a light oil, great for the skin, though I would use it in the bath or a base oil rather than neat. It has an almost citrus fragrance, very uplifting and calming, so it's excellent for meditation. The scent in this is not overpowering, but quite mild. It's very good value for the amount of oil you get, and I will just add that it comes with a pipette, not a dropper.

I am always trying new alternative natural ways of improving my beauty products and this oil has some pretty good recommendation for wrinkled skin by toning and firming it. Started using it lately and feel my skin really nice and soft and with a lovely smell. Please be very careful when mixing this oil as it can cause some irritation of the mixing dosage is not respected.

Buon antibiotico naturale per la pelle, ma non adatto a tutte le applicazioni. Abbastanza forte se usato puro, quindi da diluire con olio neutro o una base compatibile. Stranamente su internet non si riesce a risalire ad un sito proprietario, in sostanza è presente solo su Amazon. Troppo volatile, boccetta da 10ml vuota dopo 6 mesi.
