Q: Does this model (elite) link with bushnell 1 mile using conx and would you recommemd the bushnell or a different range finder?

It will link but I have no experience with it. I have the Sig Kilo2200 which is great for ranging. I dont feel I need to link. Take the range, input it to Kestrel, and fire. The Kestrel will link with Kilo2400, but I have not used it.

Q: Will this connect with sig bdx scopes & laser range finders?ifyes, will data communicate directly to the sig scope w/data, dot be on target?

This will connect with Sig BDX rangefinders and show the elevation and windage solution in the view finder. It does not connect with the scopes however.

Q: Is it really convenient to have the Extra tripod and the vane when hunting long range?

I purchased the tripod and vane for target shooting 500 to 765 yards. I hand hold my meter exclusively at this point. There was no practical advantage using the tripod and vane versus handheld.

Q: Does this unit link with the sig bdx system?

It will connect to BDX rangefinders but not the scopes.
