Fine point soldering tip
Worked just fine in my Metcal solder station. I have to add hookup wirea to a STMicroCPU in a 64 pin QFN package on 0.5 mm spacing.

Pinpoint Accuracy, not hot enough for grounds
Pros: pinpoint accuracyCons: due to small tip does not generate enough heat for ground pins.
