⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great toothbrush with firm bristles I really like these Reach Advanced Design toothbrushes. The firm bristles give a good deep clean feeling and help remove buildup while brushing. The handle feels comfortable to hold, and the design makes it easy to reach different areas of my mouth. I like the quality and how sturdy the toothbrush feels compared to others I’ve tried. It leaves my mouth feeling fresh and clean after every use. I’m happy with this purchase and would buy them again. A good option for anyone who prefers a firmer toothbrush.

These are the best toothbrushes I have ever used. Easy to use and is very firm, which I love because I like to feel like my mouth is getting clean. The price is a steal of a deal, seeing that it's a pack.

To me this is the best tooth brush out there and firm is the hard to find version that really works for me.

Omgoodness I've finally found the perfect toothbrush. I have a cabinet full of soft and medium that I hated. Reach has exceeded my expectations. Not too hard and not soft. Just right

My dentists over the years have always said to use soft or medium toothbrushes and I did so until I traveled to europe and forgot my toothbrush. I went to the local apothecary and bought a toothbrush. Unlike the US, they had a very limited selection... exactly one brand in one firmness... which was equivalent to the US "hard" firmness. I really liked the firm toothbrush feeling over what I had used for years. That was 10 years ago and I have used firm brushes since that trip. But finding a toothbrush in the US that isn't so firm that it rips up my gums has been difficult. So for years I used the toothbrush as a reason to go back to Europe. But my friends in Europe moves and so the convenience of that excuse is no longer an option. I tried different brushes and this Reach firm bristle brush is the closest thing to what I was getting in Europe. The significant difference that I see with using a firm brush is that I use to have issues with the depth of the separation of my gum from my teeth. A dental tech taught me to brush once on the top, once on the sides, and then to angle the brush at 45 degrees and brush the sides again. This pushes the bristles down between the gum and teeth causing the gum to be slightly damaged and regrow to the tooth. That was how it was explained to me. And that is what I have done. But with a soft or medium toothbrush the effect of getting between the tooth and gum wasn't as pronounced as when using a firm bristle brush. It also helps that this design is not perfectly flat. The center is recessed which is perfect for the 45 degree brushing as the longer bristles push between the tooth and the gum while the center still scrubs on the side of the tooth. I miss my friends in Europe but now my teeth don't have to wait for a trip to get a new brush.

A little bit too firm definitely a quality toothbrush for a good price.

I have had years of bad dental exams. I constantly have cavities and have already had at least six root canals. Ever since I started using these things last year I have had no cavities. Today was actually my third visit to the dentist since I started using these and yet again I have no cavities. These things actually clean your teeth unlike the soft garbage that comes in the stores. I was saying that it reminds me of being in the military when they have you clean your rifle in basic. The stuff they give you will never actually do the job and you have to rely on stronger chemicals and brushes when you're no longer in basic. Wasting your time with ineffective tools is just busy work at that point

Finally found these decent quality toothbrushes which have the perfect bristle firmness. Not too stiff but just right. I've only used one brush for a couple of months but it still feels like new, i.e bristles haven't gone soft. Will definitely purchase these again if needed.
