The item is not proper, missing parts and open box product delivered. The return and refund is not available, worst experience for this.

Awesome but no assembly video anywhere on internet
Pros: -There are very few options in stand jhula with good reviews because most need to be hanged (many options in swing without stand) so this is the Best in this price range and quality is good too. -I prefer stand because it’s portable, I change its location everyday, the size is compact and I don’t need to depend on a man to hang it. -Looks very pretty (I ordered the sky blue-white combo) although no photo reviews were available at that time -Seatbelt is secure & safe enough and height is good for 1 year olds and toddlers, not too high Cons: -Assembly video is NOT available anywhere and although it’s not extremely difficult to assemble it, since you have to figure it out without a guide it’s tedious (medium to easy level of difficulty to assemble with another person) doesnt need much strength or skill, just patience and another set of hands. Caution: This is common sense but worth mentioning - for li’l ones like my 1 year old, you have to carefully place them on the seat, fasten the seatbelt and sit close to them. As is the case with any swing, leaving kids unattended and unsupervised is never a good idea.

Read before you buy.
The product is really good for small kids , it has safety belt and very easy to assemble. Alignment is also good. My baby is 1.5 years old and he loves it. It makes my job easy as he spends a lot of his time on this. I didn’t find anything wrong with this product and price is also good . We have put a rubber mat underneath for more safety.

Over all okay experience
Nuts to secure parts were missing...be more careful while delivering... After three failed deliveries it got delivered in 4th attempt which again is quite irritating.. Good part is my baby is enjoying the jhoola.. Its good for babies age between 6months onward to 4 yrs. Its durable and quality is okay.. the jhoola seat could be cushioned so the small kids can be more comfortable. Size is a bit small.
