I've tried various brands, and Jim's Sprouts seem to be best. Sprout quickly, taste good, and last quite a while as one quart jar is packed with sprouts with just 1/4 cup of seeds.

Sprouts used to be readily available in markets but not the case for many years. Found myself feeling nostalgic for the sprout jar on the kitchen counter that was a staple during my hippie college years and I realized I missed the bite of fresh, crunchy sprouts in salads and sandwiches. Sprouts are the easiest salad greens to grow--all that's needed is a mason jar and a piece of cheesecloth. If truth be told, I don't bother with any other greens in my garden, other than kale, and there's just so much of that that a body can consume so sprouts are a welcome addition. These seeds sprouted quickly, which is a testament to their freshness and quality, and were as delicious as those of memory. Just the aroma of fresh sprouts is enough to make a person feel healthier!

Seeds are good quality, good sprouting. Adds a nice bit of spice when eating. Easy to grow. Sprouting on 5 days or so after soaking. No odor to them while growing

They all sprouted (no waste) into excellent flavored sprouts.
