Second set of these I purchased from this seller to finish a deck project. Easily adaptable to different post sizes, and quickly installed. The brightness is adjustable (I chose the softer version for a more decorative look). The lights usually last all night long, although with gloomy winter days they go out during the night (as I would expect). I would purchase these again, they seem to be a good value for the price and look good when installed. Shipping took a little longer this time but arrived earlier than at first estimated.

Great lights. Easy to install and generate just the right amount of light.

I would say the warm white is more of a neutral white than yellow light but it looks very nice with our newly built steps! The bottom of the base for all 4x4 and other sizes are secured with four screws for each post so I shaved off about 1/8" for each post and allowed the base to seat flush. The light is secured and throws off good light without it being overly bright. Hopefully, it'll last awhile. Very easy to install!

I really like these lights. Simple to operate and are working well so far. Just be aware that they are designed for easy installation on wooden posts. I needed to install them on hollow PVC posts but the lip is too shallow to use a screw. Luckily I had a tube of 3M 4000 marine adhesive that seems to have done the trick. Instructions are understandable. Packaging is efficient. They look good and provide about the same amount of light as your average solar landscape/walkway light employing 4 LEDs and a pyramidal reflector. I’m absolutely satisfied especially considering the price point.

I bought these on a bit of a whim. As a result, they sat on my garage shelf for a while. Once I finally got around to installing them, I was very pleasantly surprised that they looked good on the fenceposts and they provided plenty of lighting. I would say there's enough lighting that you can walk around in the illumination, if you have enough of them. It's certainly not like daylight. Excellent accent lighting. Installation was easy. I had to snap the cap off my current fence post and use one of the flanged adapters that come in the box, which was an excellent fit. I drove a couple of exterior wood screws through the mounting bracket, snap housing back on, and it worked great. It's also easy to remove with a twist, if you want to change the temperature of the lighting. It goes from warm to cool. We like cool a little better. Note: There are three sizes of adapters and one of them is ships inside of the glass housing.

This purchase was for replacements of the same lights damaged in a storm which took out a tree and damaged the lights. These lights are bright, easy to install, and have held up well. The lights damaged were a couple of years old and still charged great and worked as new. Recommended !!

I added a 4"x 4" treated post to our garden. Put strong plant hangers on it and added this as a cap. It added style and some low level light for fun. We love it and I also have an extra for another post planed next spring. The switch on the bottom is finicky but will work as needed. Just work it back and forth till you get it where you want it set. The good news is this light comes on at sunset and stays on for more than 13 hours. The days are getting shorter now so this became a good test. It's not expensive and does more than what was claimed in the specs. You won't be disappointed if you can get past the finicky switch. Easy to install, Recommended.

Light works fine, but had to re order as the package was shipped with missing hardware for the 4x4 attachments. Also wish the attachment hardware gripped the edges of the post to make it easier to center. Required to mark and freehand orient to ensure it’s sitting square on the top relative to the post.

Just purchased these lights. I opened them and they were such a perfect addition to my porch. Highly recommend. Great light and very adaptable for any size of post. Easy to install. Great value. Would 100% buy again.

This solar powered post light may be the one to beat. My wife disliked the dim bluish light of two other products we tried first. This light is warmer (but can be switched to pure white), looks better, and is brighter than those we tried out from our local home depot store. The fact that each light comes with three mounting plates (4x4, 5x5 and 6x6) is a nice feature. We needed 4x4, but who knows what we will build in the future. The mounting plates are easy to attach and large enough to provide good protection from rain. The top easily detaches from the mounting plate. The light comes on automatically once it gets dark. In conclusion, worth the money.

I’m giving these lights a five star review for the simple fact that even in the cold weather in Canada, they still work every day and the batteries don’t die on me. They look slick and my landlord was happy that I bought them after I broke his old ones with a round house kick lol

The lights are adaptable to any of 4,5, or 6 inch posts .. they are super easy to assemble and install .. and the frosted glass look is very nice. An added bonus is the option for either yellowish light or the cooler white light.
