Steam Mop Replacement Parts Compatible with Powerfresh Steam Mop 1940 Serie

Fits perfectly and looks just like the original. I thought I had to buy another steam mop because steam was not coming out. I’m glad I found out the original seal was damaged. Just this part saves the steam mop from the landfill.

I was unable to screw this cap onto my Bissell Powerfresh Pet steam mop.

This was almost a 1 for 1 replacement for the cap on my steam mop that cracked. The only thing that was off is the spring used in these replacements are too strong. So when pushing the water container into its slot, it would push back just a bit, causing water to leak into the reservoir area and out the overflow hole in the back. To Fix this, though, I replaced the spring with the original cap (Inside, pop out the rubber cone gasket, pull out the post, replace spring, stick it back in, replace cone gasket), and it worked like a charm. Maybe I'm being a little nit-picky with not giving it 5 stars, and would 10/10 recommend this product for the price if you need a replacement.

I was a little concerned that this wasn't a Bissell branded product, but it fits my Bissell 1940 steam mop perfect. I like that it was a 2 pack. Great value for 2 lids. I definitely recommend this product & would buy again!

Worked perfectly for my Bissell Steam mop

These do not let enough water through. They were useless and I ended up throwing them in the garbage (it was beyond my return window by the time I tried them). Even on the highest setting, the tile was mostly dry as the mop passed over. I ended up buying Bissell brand replacement parts and they worked great.
