Sof Sole Insoles Women's AIRR Performance Full-Length Gel Shoe Insert

UPDATED: I just bought new Brooks running shoes and they definitely don't have the cushion my previous ones had. They aren't cheap shoes and I was thrilled that adding this Insole helped!! Now my feet feel great and its reduced the pain in the top of the foot. The shoes were a bit bigger too, so buy adding this insole it made them fit snug which also helped in the sizing. This is not a thin product, so if you don't have room it may not be the right product for you. I LOVE IT!! (I bought the 5 to 7.5 insole and wear a 7.5 running shoe in Brooks Ravenna)

I have been using this specific product for years in my running & walking shoes. (I do more walking these days.) They are so comfortable and absolutely the best cushion for your feet. They also last a long time. The previous version of this specific model was a darker color which I preferred, but these work exactly the same. LOVE THEM!!

I have skinny feet so even though my shoes fit length wise, sometimes they don't fill the shoe quite right. These add just the right amount of space so that my shoes don't have any wiggle room that makes it feel like I am wearing slippers when I move around. Apart from that, these are quality soles and are super comfortable. Even taking 3 classes back to back felt a lot better when compared to the Scholls insoles I was using (https://www.amazon.com/Dr-Scholls-Massaging-Pillow-Soft-Packaging/dp/B01MDS6B5L/ref=sr_1_10?keywords=scholls&qid=1567700220&s=gateway&sr=8-10&th=1). They are a bit firmer than the gel Scholls but I kind of like that as they will probably take longer to flatten out after heavy use. I highly recommend these! I definitely want to get a few more pairs so I can put them into rotation.

I had a few pairs of inexpensive boots from Target which weren't comfortable to wear for long periods of times and I wanted to solve that. I was going to buy Dr Scholls but went with these based on a comment from another reviewer. I bought the size 8-11, and I wear a size 8. I had to trim very little off to get it to fit the boots I tried it on. Now, these are not super thick, but even removing the existing soles from 2 pairs of fashion boots, it made them far too tight around my foot to use. I put them in a pair of Dr. Martens I had that were no longer comfortable, and it felt fine. It would have worked fine in my Ariat cowgirl boots too. The more dressy tall boots were out of the question, though. Something to keep in mind.

I have pain between 3rd and 4th toes after hiking for 4 miles. I've tried custom orthotics, but they didn't help. These insoles though are seeming to help. I use them with metatarsal pads. I like the feel of them. They have a lot of give and some cushion. If you are looking for support though I don't think these are for you. However, for my issue, I will buy more.

I have atrophied fat pads very uncomfortable. It’s like walking on the bones of your feet. I assumed he had gel the whole way they do not just on the ball in the heel. That’s not enough for me and they’re very narrow. Just FYI I’m returning them I’ll keep looking.

I really like these insoles. I ordered the Orthotic version of these by mistake and found them very uncomfortable so I'm definitely staying with this version. For my shoes that have a decent amount of built-in support (which I find is becoming more common, especially in athletic shoes), this insole is just right. I don't want something severe that overcorrects my foot (which the Orthotic ones did). I just want something comfortable, supportive and shock-absorptive to replace the insoles that gradually wear out in my walking shoes. These are perfect !

I have FINALLY found an insole that doesn't make my feet hurt!! i was buying expensive insoles from this shoe store that i buy my athletic shoes at: and never thought the insoles they sold me were the problem. i started thinking and doing some research. my old insoles had a high arch which was making the tops of my feet sore ( it was over arching my feet) well l looked at insoles without the high arch and i liked the way sof sole was designed. bought 1 pair- wore in walking shoes for 2 mile walk= feet felt good, wore to work, felt good. these are Great insoles! Am buying a couple more for future and for other shoes i own

Love these insoles. They are perfect for my feet. I don't have as much heel pains now after using them for 3 weeks.

I replaced the insoles of my Brooks Caldera runners and have been running with these 3 times a week. great cushion and no pain on my ultra sensitive soles. The only downside is that because of the bubble gel at the heels, my heels feel a little elevated at the shoe collars. In all, these insoles have helped extend the life of my runners.
