I am not sure if this belt fits your model. The Bissle part number is 2031093 and I do not have a cross reference to verify this as a match. Based on the picture of the vacuum, it looks similar to the vacuums that the belt is listed for. Some of the belts shown in the Amazon listings appear to be replacement belts to that part number. Check that belt to verify the fit.

what is the length (circumference) of this belt?

I do not know the answer to this question. I bought the belts that were designed for the vacuum I own. Vacuum cleaner belts typically are designed to be use on specificmakes or models, and I find that I get the best results when I order accordingly.
