I love Olaplex products. Since I use all the products its hard to say if this is needed for the wonderful haircare results for me. I probably won't purchase it again.

I've been using Olaplex products for about four years, and No. 0 is the first step in my favorite deep-treatment routine. I use it together with No. 3 before coloring my hair, and I truly believe this combination has helped keep my hair healthy despite years of coloring and heat styling. I spray No. 0 generously on dry hair, apply No. 3 over it, cover my hair with a cap, and often leave it on for several hours while doing housework before washing it out. My hair always feels softer, stronger, and more manageable afterward. I have naturally curly hair, and this treatment helps reduce frizz, improve shine, and keep my curls looking healthier. It also helps when I decide to wear my hair smoother and straighter. I've continued this routine for years because I can genuinely see and feel the difference. No. 0 works best when paired with No. 3, so I consider them a team rather than separate products. It's not inexpensive, but for me it's worth every penny because it helps maintain the health of my color-treated hair. I have historically had a lot of “volume” in my hair (according to others). My hair was “thick” but had a lot of frizz and what felt to me like dryness. For this, I started using the Redken system, and experienced significant results, but nothing like this. I added Olaplex to my routine once a week, using the whole Olaplex system (No. 0, No. 3, No. 4, No. 5, and No. 7) I have seen substantial—and honestly, shocking—improvement. The FIRST TIME I used these products I blow dried my hair and my hair (which is normally very wavy and frizzy) took on the appearance of being straightened without using the flat iron. I was shocked. I didn’t realize how much damage was in my hair, even though I haven’t dyed it in years and maybe once every three months (or longer) flat iron it. I knew hair could get damage from sun and the just living, but never understood the extent of it until I tried Olaplex. My hair looks healthy, shiny, and soft. Absolutely amazing results.

Works fabulously when paired with the no 3. The only reason I took one star off is because the spray bottle is awful. I transferred it into my own spray bottle. It only comes out in a stream and you end up wasting a ton of product. I have hair that is about 3/4 down my back and it takes 3/4 of this bottle to saturate it. Is it worth it? Yes! I used the no 3 alone before this came out and liked it, but adding this really does make a difference.

My hair is as soft and shiny after 3 treatments one week apart than it has been in 40 years. Easyto use. Very happy with this purchase.

Hands down, this is the best hair product on the market. The UAE water had damaged my hair making it fragile and snap easy ( snapping off by the handful every day). Even with a water filter, it still wasn’t enough. After spending thousands of dirhams on other various products trying to make my hair stronger, I should have started with Olaplex from the very beginning. It took around 3 treatments to feel significant strength return to my hair. There is now a normal amount of loss. Even my hairdresser noticed the difference (and she uses 1 and 2 as part of my colour treatment when I get my hair done). I use 0 and 3 together as well as Olaplex Shampoo and Conditioner. It’s a small price to pay for big results. Very happy with this purchase and can’t recommend this product enough. A personal recommendation from me to you 🫶
