How come it is labelled as wheat bran (label shows 20% fiber), when other brands have 40-50% fiber content?

Yes. I also noted it. Fibre alone is not stomach friendly, causes bloating. So Bagrry is better. It makes good porridge when cooked with water.

I mix it with my morning cereals and eat with milk

Is this scented or flavoured?

None. It is just plain wheat bran which we lose when using "refined flour" like in all branded biscuits etc. Richer in protein and vitamins than whole wheat! Fibre is only 20%. Only Patanjali uses true whole wheat.

This is a good product and buying it for the second time from the same seller. I buy it for my 83 year old mother and she is more than happy and likes the product. Easily digestable and loaded with fibre. Go for it.

Check the shelf life before buying

Check the expiry before U order. I ordered in the past several Packs together & ended up throwing away 3 packs after a few days. Because the shelf life is too short.
