Easy to use and helps dough rise quickly. Fresh and good quality yeast.

Fantastic value, works great!!
Such a great value. I fill up my jar in the fridge and then put the original bag inside a ziploc in the bottom drawer of my fridge. Works great, very good quality. No change in recipes.

So much yeast but so good
This bag is massive and will probably outlive me at this point. I only use about half a teaspoon for a few decent sized baguettes so it barely makes a dent. Works beautifully though and gives great rise every time. Just remember to get it to room temp. I keep mine stored in a Pyrex in the fridge and it stays fresh. For the price it is honestly a steal considering how long it lasts. Tastes soooo good.

Great yeast
Excellent value and happy with the product. I bought the 1.1LB bag in March 2026 and received a bag with an expiration date of Feb 28. The bag is vacuum sealed and compressed into a hard brick, but once opened, it's your regular granular yeast. The yeast performed beautifully, producing a wonderful loaf of bread. I make my bread in the bread maker with 2.5 cups of wheat flour, 3/4 cup of rye flour, and 2 teaspoons of dry instant yeast.

Greast yeast!
This yeast is my bff. I make a reasonable amount of breads (loaves, brioche, sweet breads, rustic, ciabatta), at least once a week, and this is my go too. I even use a little to boost my sourdough loaves. One 1.1 lb pack lasted me a while. Not sure if it's been 3 months or 6 months LOL XD Second time buying, definitely deserves a review. I'll be sure to try more bread recipes this time! :)

Need longer shelf life.
I like this yeast for baking but I wish I had longer than 5months to use it all. Mine is in the fridge to help keep it as fresh as possible.

Excellent product
I almost never buy a product marketed as [IMPROVED], but I bake bagels for my family and friends, so I'm always on the lookout for a new, maybe better, fast acting yeast, which I always proof anyway, This yeast made a wonderful first rise with King Arthur Organic Bread Flour, then another big second proofing. The subsequent batch of bagels came out as good or better than any in recent memory. I make these at least once a month. I keep the yeast, now opened, in an airtight container in the fridge. It should last at least 6 months, as long as a year.
