This is my first experience with collagen supplements and I chose Alaya because I do Jillian Michael's workouts and she takes these; though, I really don't go by what some 'celebrity' does so that wasn't the only reason I tried them--they received really good reviews and their website is well-done and informative. Still, I was nervous. I don't like taking supplements as my body reacts to EVERYthing. And, I don't like putting things in my body without knowing exactly what I'm taking. But my doctor said my bone scan showed some changes and that made me sit up and do some research. My research led to begin taking my calcium again, and to start taking a collagen supplement. I take two a day instead of the 3 they suggest. One in the morning and one in the evening. ZERO side effects. ZERO issues. I can't even tell I am taking them. Do they work? Well, that's more difficult to tell since things happen in our bodies that we can't see. But when I have my next bone scan, I'm curious to see what it will show. But, what is cool is I think they are helping my hair. I've been on them a few months and what surprised me is my eyebrows are definitely fuller, so it's likely I'm having some hair growth as well, which would be nice as I have baby fine thinner hair. I'm a skeptic about EVERYTHING but I can't deny that my brows have grown fuller. I see more fullness that I haven't seen in years. Since I was taking them for my bones, this is a nice 'side effect' that pleases me. Since I don't eat a lot of meat and very very rarely red meat, I'm hoping these will continue to work well for me.

I can’t say enough good things about Alaya Natural Hydrolyzed Multi-Collagen Peptides. I’m truly committed to this brand—I’ve ordered this product multiple times (this is my 4th or 5th order), along with their creatine, and I keep coming back because it works. When you see real results, that’s when you know it’s worth reviewing. The quality is excellent, the product mixes well, and I’ve noticed great benefits since using it consistently. On top of that, the pricing is very reasonable for what you’re getting. If you’re looking for a collagen supplement that delivers, I highly recommend this one.

I gave this a 3 because, as with many products, the review request is too early. I do not yet know if it is effective, but I do know that many are of the capsules have varied quantities of product in them. Some are as light as only about half full while others are 100%.

On my first week. Easy to take in capsule form. Maybe too early to tell, but my nails feel strong.
