This phone shipped on time and was in perfect condition. The quality of the phone was pretty good not the best top of the line but it’s useful for call, text, scrolling through social media etc. basic stuff for your everyday use on your phone. The speed of the phone is okay it’s a little slow when you start it up but that makes sense because the phone is from 2020 is naturally it’s gunna slow down. The battery life on the other hand is pretty darn good! I would charge it for one day then it will last me 3-5 days with how I use it. The screen quality was really good no scratches and I’m able to see everything because how big the screen is on this phone. 10/10 I would recommend anyone to buy this phone if you just want to do basic stuff and don’t wanna break your wallet!

Product was advertised as unlocked and was not in fact unlocked. Deceptive advertising. Was going to use this phone for travel and was stuck last minute with no phone and had to get an expensive roaming plan instead.

UPDAT3: I unfortunately had to send this back because the screen started glitching like it was being touched, I hadn't dropped it or done anything in anyway to make it behave that way,, I now have a galaxy a12 through cricket.. I had a galaxy a02s that was constantly kicking me out of apps over storage being full even though I had an SD card in it, anyways I decided to buy this phone and was 99% sure I was going to have to return it but nope! It works so smoothly, it's sleek, finger print scanner is quick and one of my favorite parts. I go through boost mobile for my service, I saw some reviews said they could pop in their Sim card and it worked perfectly, that wasn't the case for me. I had to take mine to the store and have them use a code for it to work but it didn't take long and wasn't a hassle compared to the price and quality of this phone. I am so so happy with this purchase.

Phone is not truly unlock so read before, but I did read it and T-Mobile was not on the list so I got it. I was going to only use it as a back up and all I did when I got it was to made sure it work but didn’t try the SIM card because all the unlock phones I have purchased from Amazon have work without any problems . So when I did need to use it after roughly 6 months after purchase it didn’t work with my carrier and since it was past the return date I was stuck with a phone I can’t use and that they can’t do anything about it even tho T-Mobile was not on the list of carriers that didn’t work on the phone.
