Why does my device humidity display : LL%?

In fact, I am also very confused, but after I read the user manual carefully, I realized that this was my mistake: if the humidity is lower than 20%, display：LL% , if the humidity is higher than 95%, display: HH% ; if the temperature is lower than -9.9℃, display: LL℃. If the temperature is higher than 60℃, display: HH℃.

Does it have a hanging hole? Our walls are not made of metal, so the magnet, while useful, doesn't suit all rooms.

It comes with a piece of metal with a sticky pad which allows you to stick the metal plat to the wall and then that hangs on to the thermostat via its magnetic back.

How do I change the time on this, incorrect time?

There are instructions with the device that show you which buttons to press to set the time.

Can you display dates european/british dd/mm layout instead of us mm/dd

Don't think so, the SET button just cycles through MINUTES HOURS DAYS MONTHS YEARS, the other two buttons increase or decrease that's it, I see no way to swap date format.
