Great solution!
I bought this because I kept getting shocked on my treadmill. The wrist strap is a little annoying, but far less annoying than getting shocked every 30 seconds. I didn't get shocked once while wearing this. Just wish the cord was just a little longer but, overall, it worked very well!

Easy to use
Easy to use. Not sure if they do anything but was told it was needed while building a computer with my son. No shocking so I’m guessing it worked well
