Great product
I bought this as I dry my clothes inside and was worried about damp - some damp had appeared on my wall and I was concerned about this. I put on the de-humidifier and leave it running overnight, and during the day when I am home. It fills with water quickly within a few days. It makes the room feel less damp and my clothes have been drying much quicker. Very happy with this item. It is quiet and effective. I do not know how it will effect electricity bill as I don't have a smart meter unfortunately. I am happy with it regardless. It is small and compact and doesn't get in the way.

Works but needs to be on for a long time
It's ideal for small rooms and definitely pulls in some water. Really quiet too so it's not distracting. It might be too loud if you're trying to sleep though, can see it being an issue for people who need almost silence to sleep. For me the issue is it takes a long time to collect water. I had it on right next to the window for 7 hours and there's still condensation. I think having the window open actually clears the condensation faster. Apparently this dehumidifier is energy efficient so shouldn't be a problem having it on for, say, 12 hours. That should probably clear the condensation by then and saves having the window open and letting the cold in.

My little helper
It has been working properly and effectively, it was cheaper than I thought. Good quality and good value.

Does the job well.
Really good for both the size and quality. Would buy again.

Okay but not very effective
I guess it does remove humidity from the air as the reservoir is indeed filling up. Not enough to register on a humidity meter though. The room is about 15m² small so I expected a bit more for this level of noise (not whisper quiet). If I were to buy now, I would get a desiccant dehumidifier or maybe a compressor one, with much higher capacity.

Well worth the money for one room
I didn’t have high expectations for this but for the price I thought I’d try it. It’s amazing for what it is, it’s enough for my large room that has damp. I put it next to my condenser tumble dryer and it collects all the water that comes into the room. It’s helped so much with condensation and saves money rather than buying those small disposable ones. It’s not completely silent but it is really quiet and you can barely even notice that it’s on

Brilliant!
We struggled with mould and damp build-up in the bedroom due to condensation overnight (despite the window being open a tad) but this has been a game changer. Its been filling up quite quickly so it's obviously working. It's very easy to use, just plug in, turn on and go.The only issue I find, is emptying. It's easy to pull out the drawer but emptying it takes a little while with the small hole. The hole is also near the center of the container so it requires some shaking when its nearly empty. Also, when putting back in, I find it leaks a bit so I have to dry it all afterwards. But I really can't complain when it does such a good job of removing the dampness in the air.The noise level isn't too bad either. Probably a little quieter than a fan on a low setting. I like it very quiet at night and it doesn't bother me that much which is a bonus.

Portable Mini Air Dehumidifier for Damp & Mould
This Dehumidifier technically works, but will need to be on 16 hours a day to dry out a bedroom area with damp problems. You would probably only need to empty it once a day. Its low nose and probably low power, but the unit is to small for anything bigger than an average UK bedroom size. Bigger and better units are worth looking at before this.
