Did it harden in the fridge?

Yes! But we send this to you in fresh paste form and you can use it very easily ! Shilajit which are harder at room temperature are mostly cooked ones ! Sun dried Shilajit are always in resin form but of course it become harder in fridge ! If you don’t want to get it harder simply dissolve your full jar in liquid and keep it in fridge and use it regularly! For example dissolve 10 grams of Shilajit in 1.5 litre bottle of liquid! 100 grams Shilajit is enough for 4 to 6 months! Recommended dosage size is 500mg to 1000mg per day depends upon the need of you body and drink plenty of water so it can remove toxins from your body in the form of urine, sweat , gas etc
