i recently order this but i received black Convincer intead of blue how this happen ?advertisment shows its must be a blue one

Maybe the black works better. My blue one never worked properly and wasted all the cartridges

Are these Co2 Cartridges 16g or 25g in size?

16g in size. Just like you would buy for a Co2 for a bike pump.

Can I use to House potty training?

This would do the opposite. Potty Training is a sometimes a long process but, being persistent with going out and earning trust is the best way. Kennel at night until house trained as well then start to allow nights out once no accidents happen for a prolonged period of time.
