Essential purchase for decent home pizza
Quick efficient delivery from caterserve. Good quality plastic - with some semolina in the bottom the dough doesn't stick. Just large enough for 6 dough balls and fits neatly in a domestic fridge. Feels sturdy enough for domestic use. I'm happy with it.

great box for pizza & bread doughs
PROS- sturdy- great for cold fermentation since it fits into the fridge- stackable (I bought 2)- airtight container so the doughs don't get dryCONS- expensive according to me since it's just a "sturdy plastic box with a lid" but I have the feeling that we are paying for the "pizza" purpose, but that's fine since I bought them when the price was reduced :)- no confirmation that it goes into the dishwasher, so to wash by hand (to be on a safe side)

It’s magic
Don’t know why but it works very well, a must have for pizza and bread making. Very robust item. I normally never give 5*.

Lid doesn't fit properly
I've bought a few dough boxes. This is probably the worst. The lid doesn't fit properly so it's certainly not air tight.

Watch out! Smaller than anticipated
I’m giving this a 5 star review, just watch out you actually read the spec and dimensions. I expected something which would fit 8 dough balls, a-la the kind of thing in videos of Vito Iacopelli, or other maestros.. it’s small, fits 6, but also fits in the fridge. Perfect, but not as I falsely imagined
