Works great - I use it after Softball and Workouts. This was my second purchase so I can do both knees simultaneously.

I use this item regularly to help cover post work out. I deal with a bit of arthritis and often have sore joints after training. This item slides right over the area that I need and provides the benefit that I need. This is very cold when taking out of the freezing so I often let it sit a room temp for about 10-15 minutes before use.

This pack is so comfortable!! A thin towel over it, then I raise the head and foot of my bed a little and go to sleep. When I wake up, it goes back to the freezer and is ready pretty quickly. Love it!!!

My PT people use these and I decided to get my own for home use. The large fits great over my size 13 foot to slide over my ankle. Would work fine for knees also.

This sleeve is great and I think it's been a true benefit to my surgery recovery. The sleeve offers more complete/even cold than my other ice pack wrap and it has the added benefit of offering some even compression to help with the swelling. It gets just about as cold as you want it to - not too cold you can't stand it but cold enough to benefit from it, and it stays cold enough for just about the right amount of time: ~20min. The only negative I have to offer on this product is that after about 5 weeks of use, it has loosened up a bit on me (there's now a fairly wide gap along the seam) and no longer offers much - if any compression. I'm still using it daily, and it's still better than what I had, but I wish it still fit tight and provided that compression along with the cold.

A friend shared with me. Thick compression ice sleeves are highly recommended. They get really cold!! I normally have to let them warm to room temperature before I put them on. They run small. I am a female, average size and wear an xl.

I love this freeze sleeve! When removed from the freezer, it is nice and cold but not hard or frozen solid. You can slip it right in your leg, or other body part and it stays nice and cold for 20+ minutes. It fits securly, so you can walk around while wearing it. I'm going to buy another one. I highly recommend it!

It’s fantastic. Just freezes the pain out of my surgical knee and the calf that is still angry. Does not stay super cold long but once it’s not cold, my pain is gone. I do like my ice cold enough to freeze my leg off and some are more sensitive. I’m 4 months out from knee replacement and while I still have pain, it’s not like it was in the first two hellish months. If I do the other knee I’ll buy 2 more of these and rotate them, and toss almost all the other 57 ice products I have tried.
