Will this work on 2021 Crestliner track?

Don't know about a crest line. I bought and thought the rod holder was thru and I could use with my rod holders but they didn't so I sent them back. I suppose you will need to purchase their holders that it will accept..

Will these work on a 2000 Duracraft, aluminum boat, t-slots are on top of side rails not inside like in the video
