Not what it used to be
I have been using this for years and it has been fantastic, especially helping keeping eczema and recurring thrush away. However, the last few purchases have been useless. The whole product seems different: different smell, different consistency and even mildly different branding. The upshot of which is it just no longer works. The smell is now chemically, where it used to be fresh and clean, it is really thick and gloopy. Won't be buying again and will now look around for an alternative.

New formula is dreadful, don't waste your money!
They have changed the formula, and it is straight up terrible, it used to be amazing and dried, leaving a cafe free comfort. Now it leaves a creamy residue that is sticky and just causes more chafing. The past formula was more liquid, but dried, like the consistency of liquid soap, now it is the consistency of a very thick and hard cream, and it is straight rubbish.
