I squat heavy weights as a core part of my workout program. Recently I have started to get some lower back discomfort. As I did not want to have to stop squatting, or drop weight, I bought this belt. Since using this belt my back has stopped hurting. Objective achieved! On the down side, I will probably end up with some kind of muscular weak spot in my lower back due to the belt taking the strain that my lower back muscles would have otherwise taken, but it is better than not being able to squat at all. Real men squat. The belt itself is sturdy and of good quality. The leather is thick and the buckle and straps are sturdy. It is pretty comfortable too. I read a review a while back where someone marked it down because it was so uncomfortable that it caused him actual physical pain. He must be some kind of pussy, because the belt is comfortable. So in conclusion, yeah it's a good belt. Only about 20 quid too so pretty cheap. 5 stars.

Ive used RDX gym products for years so after i lost my material lifting belt :( i thought i would switch it up and go for a leather one. The belt itself is well built and sturdy and comes with the added feature of a pad towards the lumbar area. The belt does take a little bit of wearing in as its thick leather before its fully comfortable on you but thats expected. The only reason i am taking a star is the fact the sizing is a little out and i would suggest ordering a size up. Im 34/36inch waist and the XL fits just fine. All in all a great belt thats well built, looks cool, does the job and comes at a decent price too!

I was suffering with a bad back for many years, I previously had two slipped discs and a torn lat, the doctors recommended a hiatus from working out or even a permanent end to lifting. Since buying this belt I have not only been able to continue working out but also increase the load and reps! The belt fits brilliantly and the cushion to the lower back provides great comfort. Fantastic support is given by the belt during lifting as well. I would 100% recommend this belt to anyone and even better the fact that it is so cheap! I am a 34" waist and I fit just right into the Large size. Only recommendation I would make to any buyers it to make sure to break in the belt before using it. By this I mean wrapping it up and placing something heavy on top for a couple hours to make sure that the belt wraps around your body without any gaps between. Overall a fantastic product for great value.

I normally cruise around 35 inch waist and I bought the XL. It can go tight enough and then some. It even has room to punch more holes either way if need be so it has legs in terms longevity if you decide to gain or loose weight. It is extremely sturdy and the padded inner section fits well against your lower back. Something which my old belt never had. Once it arrived I spent some time rolling it up and being it to help mould it because of how thick I and strong it is. Which is good. I've always been an advocate for leather belts and this one is by far one of the best value for money.

I've been weight training now for a couple of years and have recently got into heavy deadlifting and squats, and just to be on the safe side I thought I'd better invest in a belt. I'd looked at several options and decided to go for the this product based on the strength of other reviews. I haven't been dissapointed in the slightest. The belt is heavy and sturdy and feels like a quality bit of kit. Nice padding on the inside with a robust buckle and it looks good too. Most importantly the width of the belt at the back offers good support. IMO no gym gear isn going to last forever and are utimately all long term consumables, but this product feels like it will last a fair old while, even with my typically less than sympathetic handling.

Easy to use straight out of the box, felt ridged and kept support my back whist deadlifting and benching. I’ve used so many times and is with my every session, it’s appearance is classy and goes with pretty much all gym wear. It’s light weight easy to carry and can squeeze in my gym bag. Billed as a 2xl was rubbish. I would have needed a 5xl going off that sizing!! And they don't supply anything above 2xl!! What size do the strongmen wear?!! Whatever it is, it's not size 2xl from here. Can't argue with quality!! It just don't fit!!

Ottima cintura per sollevamento pesi. Ottima fattura e buoni i materiali sperando siano di vero cuoio come dichiarato dal venditore . La parte posteriore e bella ampia e copre gran parte della schiena bassa. Buona l'imbottitura posteriore interna, offre un ottimo confront

A distanza di qualche anno ha mantenuto le aspettative, non si è lacerata cuciture intatte. Ho preso una taglia "M" come i pantaloni e riesco a stringere fino al terzo e quarto buco. Lo spessore è di circa 6mm, la larghezza della cintura parte anteriore è di 65mm, la parte lombare è di 15 mm, la lunghezza totale è di 100 mm. Per quanto mi riguarda va bene.

Il vecchio cinturone aveva fatto il suo tempo, così dopo un po’ di ricerche ho deciso di comprare questo, da 6” nel supporto lombare come l’altro, e devo ammettere di aver acquistato un prodotto di ottima qualità. E’ presente anche un tagliandino con un codice per verificare autenticità sul sito. Il prodotto è di produzione americana o almeno sembra ed è davvero di buona qualità. Spesso almeno 5mm con un’imbottitura perfetta. Le misure corrispondono a quelle indicate dal venditore, sono davvero soddisfatto dell’acquisto.
