Very heavy duty, the adjustability is great even down to the computer holder. We put this in an average hallway and still had plenty of room to move by. A narrow hallway might be an issue just because the keyboard does not fold up, but it is still pretty narrow. Speaking of the keyboard, it is very sturdy, doesn't bend when resting your hand on it and has plenty of room for a stand keyboard and mouse. the holes in the back of the pole are not that much good for routing cables but great for hiding excess cable. Once you understand how everything works it is easy to put your monitor, keyboard and computer at any height you wish. The only thing that would improve this is if there was an option to add another monitor mount.
