One of the best mouthpieces out there for beginners , period !
No kidding , this made my playing a lot easier (depends on reed strength too) , turns out the mouthpiece that came with my alto sax (Sergio Tordini STAS200L) was quite bigger compared to this , but one thing's for sure , Yamaha 4c is the way to go for a beginner to intermediate alto sax player. Note that the volume will be quite low when u play using this mouthpiece but the chances of squeaking are very low with this. Also u may tend to overblow if u have been using a stock mouthpiece that came with ur sax like I did. So the switch to this mouthpiece felt a lot smoother and warmer than ever. Less strain on my mouth too ! Go for it !! Update: 3 yrs later and it still going well , its been chipped in the corner when i accidentally dropped it but tone wise, there's no issues at all, here's a video preview of the same ~Siddharth S T

It's a wonder if design and engineering. It's a game changer for my Alto sax and it's supremely good interms of feel, build and performance. 10/10 to Yamaha for this.

Fantastic mouthpiece for beginners and even pros!
Makes a Kadence Saxophone sound as smooth and mellow as a Yamaha or Selmer. Makes a world of difference. I wish the other Yamaha mouthpieces were available on Amazon India too.

Il bocchino yamaha 4C non ha bisogno di recensioni perché è ottimo come tutti i prodotti Yamaha. Volevo invece fare i complimenti al venditore per la serietà e professionalità. Ho ricevuto il bocchino con due giorni di anticipo rispetto alla data prevista ed era confezionato in modo tale che sarebbe stato a prova di tsunami. Felice per l'acquisto mi sento di consigliarlo tranquillamente.

Buena opción para estudiantes y novatos
Es la mejor opción para practicar y mejorar en tu saxofon alto , ya que la boquilla ayuda a una mejor ergonomía y entonación, es indispensable para novatos y estudiantes, se recomienda con una caña de 2.0 o 1.5 para que vayas mejorando y subas a unas cañas más gruesas. Solo es la boquilla , necesitas comprar la abrazadera y la caña aparte.
