How do i know it is working

Well, I had pimples right above my eye brows, which is usually a sign of toxicity of the liver. I purchased the product and it seemed to work and cleared up my pimples.

The main ingredients are gluten free..milk thistle is a flower extract and Globe artichoke is from the leaf and Tumeric is a spice The only doubt would be the potato starch listed as a binder

I do not think it contains soy. It works great.
