Works well for tired cramping legs. Helps me sleep better.

Firstly this is a beast of a bottle! Buy yourself a small spray bottle so you can spray it onto your body as the liquid is pretty fine. The first day I used it, it did itch for a few minutes so I now apply it to damp skin and let it dry naturally, generally washing it off after about 20 minutes or the following morning. It no longer itches and I have read that tends to happen if you lack magnesium, so I guess that’s why it’s improving. As of the first day of using it my restless legs improved dramatically. I only use it once or twice a week now but my achy legs are so much better in the day too. I am allergic to may products so I’m please the issues with this, passed very quickly. Give it a go.

Normal price £84 for 4 bottles got it for £68 for 4 bottles otherwise would not have bought them. Product seems good enough, helps with muscle cramps in a hot bath. Don't be long going through it.

I’ve been using this magnesium oil for a little while now and I can really feel the difference. It absorbs quickly, helps my muscles relax after a long day, and noticeably improves the quality of my sleep. I fall asleep faster and wake up feeling more refreshed. The bottle is large, good value for money, and the spray makes it easy to apply. Highly recommended for anyone struggling with sleep or muscle tension.

I started using magnesium sprays in September as I was advised it would improve my sleep (impacted by menopause) and also recommended if you also take as omeprazole which lowers your magnesium levels (it also apparently reduces your B12 production, which also impacts sleep). I started off using the better you version, but this large bottle works out better value and I decant it into the better you spray bottle. I spray 5 sprays in my hand to massage into the bottom of each foot (2 x 5 sprays). Another plus note to say is I've always suffered with cold feet in bed - but not anymore the magnesium spray has definitely warmed them up! I have found the sprays make my feet (where I apply it to help with sleeping) very dry, thick and flaky..... So I thought I would try the butter version. Whilst that smelt very nice (lavender) it wasn't anywhere near as good as the sprays to help with sleeping. I have reverted back to the sprays, the dryness issue does reverse itself after a couple of weeks - but be careful to clean it off your hands after use as the dry crustiness on your palms is really not nice!

Ich liebe dieses Öl, nach einem angenehm warmen Fußbad, die Füsse nicht abtrocknen und auf die nasse Haut einmassieren, kann auch nach einem langem Vollbad für den Körper genutzt werden. Die Haut kribbelt leicht beim einziehen des Öls. Es zieht rasch ein und hinterlässt eine zarte straffe Haut. Ich verspühre nach dem einölen eine wohlige leichte Wärme, die meine Gelenksschmerzen, nach einem harten Arbeitstag verschwinden lassen, eigenartige Weise denkt man auch nicht mehr daran, dass sie beim beim nach Hause kommen noch höllisch geschmerzt haben. Und denkt euch nichts, wenn die Haut eventuell leicht rosig wird, wenn ihr das Öl einmassiert, dadurch daß, das Öl beim einziehen in die Haut leicht kribbelt, wird die Duchblutung stark gefördert, es fühlt sich an, als würdest du leicht massiert, und die schmerzen verfliegen, und das beinhaltende Zechstein Salz wirkt für die Haut und Körper stark entgiftend. Ich kann wirklich ohne zusätzliche Tabletten, schmerzfrei ins Bett. Ich bin fast 50 eine Frau voll im Wechsel und arbeite als Maler und Anstreicherin. Ich weiß wovon ich rede.
