GREAT Quality and Price A++
I have been using Monoprice cables in my musical endeavors for quite a while now. Always top quality and at a great price. These are just as good as the other brand that costs about 2-3 times more IMHO. 16 gauge shielded cable yields a quality signal with hardware ends that are top quality and will last many years.

Good quality and gets the job done
This cable has worked very well for me. The quality is excellent and there are no noise issues in my audio chain. I use it with a condenser microphone to an audio interface. I bought a cheaper cable before this and there was a crackling sound. If you are doing any kind of critical audio recording, don't skimp on cheap cables. There's no point in investing your money in microphones and interfaces, etc. and then not pay attention to the quality of the cable. I did quite a bit of research on this before I bought it. Honestly, there are not cons, it just works. Highly recommended.

Premium
Well made and perform as expected. Excellent value. Iโm using them in an office setting for podcasting, so they arenโt subject to stage abuse, but they feel like they would hold up well for that too.

inconsistent but pretty good
Never had any issues with these xlr cables to send signals to sent audio to my monitors. Build quality is consistently inconsistent. I guess they recently stopped printing the AWG rating on the sheathe and it's a bit skinnier. Serviceable is a plus you can use these plugs if you ever want to upgrade the cable. Is the reason i like these monoprice cables. Decent serviceable plugs and decent cable but there's still room to upgrade in phases. Good stuff, good price.

Very impressed by these cables. They completely solved my ground-loop noise problems!
I'm very impressed by these cables. I moved to a new place and began having strange noises / hisses / hums / continues beeps in my professional audio interface inputs, which after investigating this issue online made me came to the conclusion that it's actually called "ground-loop" noise coming out from the home AC outlet and into my audio gear that is connected to it. At the beginning and before knowing that it's a ground-loop problem, I tried replacing the cables, but I naively used standard cheap ones from the local store and kept having these noises. Then I thought that it's my professional yet old 32-bit PCI audio interface card that might just signals me of its age, or that it's perhaps noise coming out from my PC motherboard to the PCI card. At this point I decided to upgrade to an external USB-C audio interface that would just sit externally from my PC and transfer audio from it via a USB-C cable, instead of analog ones (although the external audio interface still requires analog cables to connect to the speakers). I was hoping that the issue will go away and went buying one of the famous professional USB-C audio interfaces out there, which costed me about $1,300 USD including taxes and local profit of the local store in my country. However, I hooked up everything together (with the same and different cheap cables) and still had noise issues - different and less noticeable noise, as todays audio gear are perhaps more aware of such issues and have internal components that reduce varies noise problems. While the previous hisses / hum noise had gone, I was still having a continues beeping noise that was still there all along and more noticeable when I increased my speakers volume or used headphones. I almost went and ordered a power conditioner unit, but before that I convinced myself to order some high quality cables off Amazon and hoped for the best. I ordered the shortest 1.5ft ones as my audio gear are stacked and very close to each other. These cables are not cheap (I'd give you that) but thankfully, they actually SOLVED ALL OF THE NOISE PROBLEMS I WAS HAVING! I connected them between my audio synth stereo-mix output to the audio interface inputs and increased my speakers all the way to the maximum - at first I thought that no signal is coming out since it was 100% quiet(!), and then I played something on my synth and BAM! The high volume hit me. I was so amazed of the quiet signal and just couldn't believe that all I had to do is to replace the cables with high quality ones. These are truly a game changer and I'm so glad that I went in that route and bought them. After that experience I went and ordered 8 pieces of the 1/4 inch ones (same brand of course) to connect all of the 5.1 channels from my audio synth to the 8 individual inputs of my audio interface for recording the individual 5.1 channels arrangement at the same time. This is where I also learned about what "balanced" cables are, and that 1/4 inch TS cables (which are usually used for guitars) and 1/4 inch TRS cables are very different, not only because TS is mono and TRS is stereo, but TRS are also called "balanced cables" which can separate the ground noise from your audio as its has a dedicated ground pin from the signal, which is the sleeve; TS stands for "Tip-Sleeve" where the Tip is the L (left) channel and the Sleeve is the ground, and TRS means "Tip-Ring-Sleeve" where the Tip is the L (left) channel, the Ring is the R (right) channel, and the Sleeve is the ground. The XLR cables are working the same way as TRS cables, as they also have 3 pins in the connector. That said, cheap XLR/TRS cables would probably give you noise, so make sure that you use high quality cables if a clean input is what you're looking for. I'm not regretting for getting a new audio interface as I would eventually had to upgrade anyway, but at least now I'm more experienced and more aware that ground loop problems could be solved with high quality cables.

Super High quality ....must for audiophiles
I have been using the Monoprice XLR Male to XLR Female Cable for my Dj setup - with my Numark Mixstream Pro Go and Electro Voice Everse 8 and I must say that I am impressed with the quality of sound that it produces. The cable is well made and durable. The gold plating ensures that there is no loss of signal quality. The cable is also very flexible which makes it easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this cable to anyone who is looking for a high-quality cable at an affordable price must buy for audiophiles!!!! Will be buying more fore my goxlr

Never underestimate the importance of a good cable
This cable is one of those great value for money product. I manage to eliminate about 80% of white noise just from changing my cheap china made cables to this Premier Series. Highly recommend to those starting out recording from home. Happy with purchase.

Best cables in my arsenal
These cables are so thick and completely silent when recording. You could run these around anything and most importantly, they are super tough at the ends. The extra gusseted sections there specifically, coupled with the extreme thickness of the cables...superior to everything. Rode, Hosa, all the cables I have I'd I knew how good they were, id have bought different lengths bc it would be amazing to have a full system using only these cables. They're SO good feeling in your hands I wouldn't even think twice about stepping on one or having one pinched under something by accident ...these are basically bulletproof cables.
