These are very good. They last a long time if unopened. Professional mixers are easy to use and are consistent in flavor. 1.5 oz of whiskey and 3 oz of mixer over ice makes a perfect sour. I add a little sweetener and a couple of cherries and it’s perfect. Once opened refrigerate and it will last a long time. Even at only one or two drinks a day it stays good as long as it’s refrigerated
