Long Puffer Vest Women Sleeveless Down Vest with Hood

I’ve been looking for a long line puffer vest for awhile. I take my son to playgrounds all the time and need something warm that covers my butt. We live in Seattle, where wet, rainy benches are pretty much everywhere! I’m between sizes right now, and couldn’t decide between Medium & Large. The medium is perfect and zips easily, but there isn’t a ton of room for layering. For reference, I’m 5’0”, 150lbs, and 36D. I still hold most of my baby weight in my tummy, hips, and butt. This isn’t exactly made for curvy figures; the medium fits me perfectly throughout, but is such a straight shape that it pulls/wrinkles above my booty. I’m afraid a large would look too sloppy. The arm holes are already slightly big, which makes the chest area gappy. Those with smaller chests may find it to be too roomy. The zippers aren’t the best quality, but that was to be expected for the price. The pockets zip, and the hood cinches but doesn’t detach. It’s extremely lightweight but keeps me so warm! Adorable over skinny jeans, destressed leggings, etc. Now I want another color or two! 🙃 Order your normal jacket or shirt size. If you want extra room, size up but beware it might be too roomy at the top. Hope this helps! 😉

The other reviews are correct in saying that this is VERY thin, but it does offer light warmth. If you want something to elevate an outfit, this is it. If you want it to keep you warm, this is not it. I do like that it can be dressed up or down, so it’s pretty versatile. I love the fit. I’m 5’6 175-ish. I wanted it a more fitted look, so I got a medium and I love it. The zipper splits, which is amazing. It folds up it a tiny ball, and washes well.

Very light weight but I still love it. Fits true to size. I usually wear a L, ordered a L and it was perfect. I ordered a second one and for some reason it didn’t have a hood like the first one. Returned it, ordered another one, that one DID have a hood. LOL, soooo…it’s a crap shoot whether it will have that feature or not.

I like the length of this vest and it’s relatively affordable. This is actually second time that I thought this specific vest and I probably have bought about four of the style from Amazon. I use them for work and usually they last me about one season before the zipper breaks. This exact vest I bought the previous year I am at plus size so getting the right fit is sometimes a challenge but that one fit really well and lasted a full four months before the zipper broke. I actually replaced the zipper on that one, but it was still looking a little worse for the wear so I decided to treat myself to a new vest. For some reason they cut the same exact size way smaller this year, so it was a tiny bit snug though it did fit, but within 30 days zipper stopped working and now I’m stuck with my old vest that looks terrible with tape all over it and I replaced the zipper even though I have a brand new vest at home I just can’t wear it

So I needed a vest for to wear under my raincoat for a trip to Scotland at a time of year when it rains a lot and it’s cold. Which is probably what it’s like year-round in Scotland anyhow. So basically, it’s a good layer piece. Pros: 1. It’s made from down and it will keep me warm. 2. It’s long. And because of that, it will keep more of my body warm and also I am tall so there’s that. 3. Good price point Cons: 1. I don’t really like the sheen. It’s shiny and a kind of cheap way. I guess that’s all of the cons. In sum, it’s not the classiest most fashionable of vests, but I really am not looking for that as much as I am looking for the practical aspect.

The vest looks exactly like its photo. I ordered khaki M (5'5". 120 lbs.) My usual size is Small, but other reviews said it's very fitted. It is not at all fitted, but the M size works over heavy sweaters, etc. It's perfect for wearing inside for extra warmth in winter, my reason for purchasing. I returned the first vest because of the zipper, which would not disengage at the bottom of the vest. Well the replacement vest has the exact same problem, but I like everything else, so I'll keep it. This means it must always be worn zipped and I have to step into it! I guess I would say it's not worth the price. Rest of the construction seems OK, so far. Too bad an inferior zipper was used.

This ultra thin, lightweight vest will keep you warm without looking frumpy or adding bulk. I ordered black in a medium (one size up from my usual size), and am very pleased with the way it fits. It's roomy enough to comfortably wear a lightweight hoodie underneath yet still slim fitted enough to layer it under my lightweight puffer coat w/o restricting range of motion in my arms or feeling like a marshmallow. I haven't had it long enough to comment on durability, but it looks/feels high quality. I have worn it a bunch of times already and it washes well. Overall this is a solid purchase. Love it so much, I ordered a second one in grey.

I wear this vest every day for work! I bring dogs on two hour hikes for a job so I am outside a lot and I live in one of the most northern US states so I gets cold and snowy. This is literally the perfect outer layer. It is light weight but perfect to layer under. It doesn’t matter how cold it is, if you ate excerising u get hot, so layering is the best! It’s lightweight to put in my pack, or I usually leave this on and take other layers off because I like the pockets. It’s awesome to have a hood. I like that it was pretty cheap so I don’t mind the dogs mess it up when they jump on me. Here is the only issue, it was way too small on me. I am a solid xxl usually. I ended up taking out one of the back seams, adding some old fleece legging fabric and sewing it back up to make it bigger. Worth it tho. Oh forgot to say I love that it covers my butt because that’s always the first thing to get cold when I’m outside

Item is true to size, long line, lightweight, very comfortable. The only thing I would prefer is if the black was matte, it's a little shiny, but not super shiny.

Loved this long vest. Very light and keeps you warm. Fits a bit bigger than expected but love that cause you can put a sweatshirt or a warmer shirt underneath. Can be folded into a small size to store

Item was very small for a large. Usually take a medium but to be able to wear bulky sweater ordered large. With just t-shirt could not do up at all. Fabric thinner than I expected.

This is incredibly thin, sizing is wayyyy off and not worth $75?!?!? Will be returning ASAP.

It arrived a day early. I am 5"9 160 lbs, I bought a large. It's just right. Enough room for a yoga or thin sweater. It's perfect length. Great for shopping and driving as what I bought it for. A size bugger and I would look kinda fat it makes me look trim and stylish.
