This has become my new go-to for preworkout. I used to use a variety of preworkout formualas bought online or from my local nutrition shop, but after becoming more aware of the ways that processed ingredients and additives affected my body, I knew I needed to make a switch that would help my body instead of hurting it. This is the MINT. The flavor genuinely tasted like borthole, but I found that the clarity and endurance boost it gave me were well worth the few seconds of unsavory flavor. I'm talking a full workout routine with NO crash, NO jitters, NO itchy feelings. My roommate also tried it and was very impressed by the "clean" feeling. I'm super pumped (hehe gym pun) to have found a preworkout that works for me and makes me feel good about the things I'm putting into my body.

My favorite part about this product is that it’s natural, it doesn’t hit me like preworkouts that I’ve taken before which is honestly fine because they were filled with chemicals & poison. This feels more like the caffeine high you’d get from tea? It’s not instant but you definitely don’t get tired. Idk how useful it might be for actually working out if you do want that added punch/ jittery effect that most preworkouts have though. The taste however is a little rough, but the point of preworkout isn’t to sip- it’s so shoot it back and get to work. So great product! Just wanted to be honest in my review lol

Great product! But only for 2-3 weeks. By end of 3rd week was clumped into unbreakable clumps that will not dissolve. I had an unopened jar on hand that had been in cupboard and it too was clumped! Clumps won't break up with knife, or fork, almost like they have absorbed moisture,, they feel hard. Loved the way it made me feel, it was effective. What a shame, expensive product!! 😞

I can definitely say this product feels worth the price, especially with such clean, high-quality ingredients. The raspberry lemonade flavor is refreshing, BUT I have to be honest the aftertaste is pretty earthy, very plant like lol🌱 Still, it’s not chalky or clumpy at all and dissolves perfectly in cold water with ice, which makes it easy to drink. For $50, I plan to use one scoop a day, so it’ll last me about three weeks. Overall, it’s a much better option than the energy drinks I used to rely on, so I’m sticking with it (

I gave this 3 stars for a few reasons 1. I truly love the idea of this product and the intention behind creating a healthier, natural pre workout with all of the garbage out there. It’s something we desperately need. I really wanted to like it and I tried to. 2. Unfortunately it just flat out does not taste good. I knew it wouldn’t be amazing tasting but man it’s rough. I got two flavors.. The matcha is bearable and you get used to it after a few days. But the raspberry lemonade is just awful tasting no matter what. 3. The Amazon brand page VERY clearly states “60 day money back guarantee” so I bought two flavors to try and unfortunately they have their Amazon returns set to ineligible for return. So that guarantee is false. If you want a good alternative and don’t mind plugging your nose while you drink then go for it, if you’re looking for something tasty and tangy like traditional pre-workout.. keep looking and don’t bank on the return policy

This is a great organic natural pre-workout. I love the ingredients. It provides me with the natural energy boost that I want. There's no jittery feelings whatsoever, just a natural energy. The taste of the raspberry lemonade is much better than the beet and pomegranate. I tried the beet and pomegranate first and it took a couple of weeks to get accustomed to the flavor. For me, the need to have a great tasting pre-workout is secondary. The benefits of the organic all natural ingredients far outweigh the need for taste. I do wish it was a little cheaper, but I'll continue to purchase the product.

I wanted to love this for the clean ingredients. I have their vanilla chai protein shake and it's great! But this... Woof. It is by far the worst tasting drink I have ever had. If it gave me a nice jitter free energy kick I could probably deal with it and plug my nose and throw it back but it really didn't do much for me energy-wise either. You can't return it, which I understand because A) it probably wouldn't be sanitary to so and B) because if they allowed returns I doubt anyone would ever choose to keep it. BUT I do love the effort with the clean ingredients... We need more of that.

Been using this for a while because I don’t like added chemicals in my food but need some extra energy here and there for the gym. This doesn’t disappoint! No tingly feeling, no itchy feelings, just nice clean long lasting energy. Doesn’t give me that initial boost and then fades off. I can do an entire hour workout and feel just as good at the end as I did in the beginning. (I am a strength trainer)
