We love this so much and cooks great

Easy to assemble. So easy to maintain and keep clean. Food smells great when cooking. While the griddle temperature can get up there it is not hot enough to sear thin steaks without overlooking them. Great for cooking multiple dishes at the same time. I recommend you buy the Blackstone griddle set as it comes with everything you will need for cooking with this griddle. Adios to my old conventional barbecue grill.

Wife haven’t stop using it since she got it. lol works great and saves on us using the stove. Highly recommended.

I’ve been wanting a griddle for a long time, and when my stepson mentioned how much he loved using one at his weekend job (making Philly cheesesteaks and burgers at the ballfields), I knew it was time to finally pull the trigger. After a lot of research, we chose this Blackstone because it had great reviews, an integrated hood, and a large enough cooking surface for our family of seven. It’s been a great addition. Watching all those “POV Dad” videos on Instagram had me dreaming about big weekend breakfasts and summer BBQs — and this griddle absolutely delivers on that vibe. The two burners give enough space to handle a lot of food at once. Plus, assembly was incredibly easy — my 14-year-old stepdaughter put it together by herself in about 20 minutes! The only downside (and why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5) is that it cools down faster than I expected. When searing steaks, I sometimes have to move them around to keep the heat up for a good crust. Maybe it’s user error or just part of the learning curve with a flat top, but it was a little disappointing at first. Overall, though, this griddle has been a game-changer for our family meals. If you’re thinking about getting one, I highly recommend it — just be ready to practice a little to really master the heat zones.

Perfect black stone for the patio! Was easy to put together however did have to adjust a hole to get to connect!

Easy to assemble and use. We love our Blackstone and use it almost daily. It’s convenient and so easy to clean.

Doesn’t heat the griddle enough. Changed gas and still not enough heat to cook properly. Emailed the support and no answer. And had no choice but to return it sadly.
