Comes as a complete assembly. 2 bolts per flange for removing and replacing. Comes with new o-rings.

Does this pump come with new seal rings/ O-rings?

Yes it came with the rubber O rings. I ordered a complete flange which I didnt have to use which was a waste of money.

Whats the difference between grundfos circ pump type ups 15-58 fc and ups 15-58 frc

FC and FRC pumps are almost exactly the same, the only difference is the flange orientation rotates 90 degrees based on how you want the face of the pump to aim in your application.
