McFarlane Toys Dune Baron Vladimir Harkonnen 12-inch Deluxe Figure (10891-0), Black

The only figure I had my eye on from McFarlane’s Dune line. Happy to have my long wait for a good price pay off at 60% of MSRP. The ball joint inserted into the figure provides the necessary but minimal posability— the fit is tight but a couple light hammer taps got the job done. Terrific figure and bonus points for resembling Skarsgaard. Can’t wait for pt II!

I think the Baron Harkonnen figurine looks excellent on my night table. The only things bothering me about it were assembling the stick as it was very difficult to insert it as it does not fit right away. You need a hammer to hammer it in. One other thing is the base as it is very cheaply made and can crack if you are not careful with it. Well my only gripes about it as the figurine itself is well constructed.

I really like the sculpt and the value for your bucks of this Baron Vladimir figure. This one is huge compared to the other Dune figures. It is very nice, but the possibilities for posing is limited. Again it looks nice, and will make a delightful centerpiece to your display, but other than that, meh.

This figure is truly remarkable, especially if you can get it at a discounted price. Honestly, it's more of a statue than a typical 7-inch figure, but it's an excellent addition to any collection due to its imposing and epic presence. Moreover, the articulated points in the hands and arms add to its versatility. The only downside is the need for a hammer to attach the metal rod to the figure, as it was quite stiff. Nevertheless, once assembled, it's truly a standout piece.

The winning point is the sculpt. It's more of a statue than an action figure. for the price point of a statue,it's a steal. playability is zero.negligible articulation. Not for casual collector. Another downside is the scale. It's too big even for the rest of the wave figures

Like others, I found the quality of the figure to be great while the base seemed comparatively flimsy. The pole that holds it in place requires a hammer to get in place, which was not clear as there were no instructions.

Great action figure but is larger scale than the other Dune figures. Extreme hard to push the display support post in.

I've read that many people struggled to mount the figure onto the stand because of the large ball socket. I can confirm that this can all be done easily by hand - no hammer required. Use one hand to hold the figure down, and use the other hand to twist and force the pole into the figure. Make sure you wrap that hand with a cloth or towel so it will provide a cushion which will enable you to apply as much force as possible. The pole should pop into place after about 3 seconds. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this purchase and I'm super excited about the upcoming movie!!

Nice figure and the box was not damaged this time.

The details are amazing, the figure is really big I like it a lot! The articulation could have been a lot better...but the details are so nice that I'm not mad. I had a lot of difficulties with the stand, it would not fit, I had to put the figure in hot water to make it fit
