What is the fat content of one of these please?

9.2g of fat per 45g serving (one whole bar) 20.4g of fat per 100g serving Hope this helped!

Are these bars considered a complete protein source with all 9 amino acids?

Our bars use a blend of soya protein isolate, which is considered a high quality complete source of protein, alongside pea protein isolate. Thanks, the Misfits team.

Im keto and am sensitive to largw amounts of sweetners. Can you tell me how many net carbs are in each bar? And how many grams of sweetners.

Hi, net carbs are 6.8g per bar and sweeteners are <0.1g. Thanks, the Misfits team

Received box of chocolate caramel bars today, nutrition not as advertised - 11g of carbs per bar, not 5.4g as on described. Anyone had the same issue?

We are in the process of trialling a new recipe which has some nutritional improvements (reduced saturated fat, reduced sugar, reduced salt and slightly fewer calories) as well as a thicker caramel layer. While we trial this recipe we may have different batches in stock across different sales channels. The nutritional information displayed on pack is correct for the recipe and batch inside. The carb difference is mostly driven by increased polyol content. We'd love to hear your feedback on the changes, do get in touch at info@misfits.health.
