Is it glitter or white snow like flakes?

Glitter but to me it does look like snow. Very beautiful.

Is it ok otherwise if it deosnt revolve? i thought santa was wearing a weird square hat. i copied it & blew it up in paint & saw it was a reflection!

It is very nice. I don't believe it revolves. Not sure if the Santa wears a hat though. We bought it it to give to my son's teacher because he broke the one she had on her desk. We were basically trying to do a nice gesture and replace it. My son did say the teacher said this one was nicer than the one she had. Hope that helps.

Perfect for Window Sill

This snowglobe arrived well packed and in great shape. It fits our window sill perfectly and is beautiful. Love that it plays "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas." Was accidentally knocked down once on to the carpet and it survived without any issue. Well put together. -- Could have a little bit more snow in it according to my 6 yr old. :-) Aesthetically pleasing and well constructed. -- Very satisfied with product.
