easy to add to coffee in am for daily fiber needs. can't beat the easyness of it!
I take 2 big tbl spoons in am with my one cup of coffee. it gets fiber into me and makes me very regular in the BM dept. it doesn't interfere with any coffee taste and I feel I am doing a good thing for my body. It works all the time.. last Dec I had a bowl obstruction and had to be operated on to make a clear path to my kidneys.. the benefiber has/continues to aid. its a great additive to your daily routine.
