Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi [Blu-ray] [2020] [Region Free]

A nicely-produced 3D Blu-ray that plays back perfectly on my US Sony Blu-ray player. Highly recommended. The picture quality and the great 3D effect are beyond reproach. I recommend you get one of these while they are still available.

I love "Star Wars" and I love 3D movies. This is a perfect combination. Plays great on my American 3D Sony Blu-ray DVD player and my large Samsung 3D TV. I have never understood why 3D movies are not more popular. This 3D movie pulls you into the story.

Hard to tell what the whiners are complaining about. This movie has everything a Star Wars fan would want! Yes, the protagonist is a woman, so what? The only people who would be offended by that are one insecure in their own personality. Watch it, and make your own opinions!

I held off on buying the 3D Blu-ray, which is region free, until the price went down particularly because I am NOT a fan of the film. What Rian Johnson did was just awful to this universe and J.J. can also kiss us SW fans butts too. That aside, the 3D in this film is quite good like the previous Force Awakens 3D Blu-ray. Great depth with great visuals that pop out of your screen. For those who are 3D enthusiasts, pick up this Blu-ray up and try not to squirm on this disaster excuse of a SW film. 4 stars for the 3D only. Movie gets 0 stars.

It is unfortunate that the studios are releasing fewer 3D movies for home viewing, my family is a big fan of watching 3D movies at home. This was my first attempt at purchasing an imported 3D movie and I was reluctant at first to pay a little more for something I wasn't sure would work. But I am glad that I did because the 3D worked perfectly. As far as the criticism from some regarding the movie itself, it is a shame that not everyone can appreciate a surprise. I was dumbstruck the first time I watched the movie, but have come to appreciate where the story is taking us. I can't wait for Episode IX!

I'm a big Star Wars fan, so I really like the new episodes. I especially like 3D movies, so you can imagine how much more I enjoy them in the 3D version. Stereo D is the conversion company, and the 3D quality is always better when they do it. I have a 3D TV at home, so I look forward to watching them on the weekends. I also like this story; it's very interesting. Daisy Ridley is really nice-looking, and I also like BB-8. I like the way the Force has interwoven the lives of Rey and Kylo Ren. It's nice to see Luke Skywalker and Leia together, again.

If you want a critique of the film, see a movie critic. This review focuses on the product -the 3D version is great! I was so disappointed that the 3D version was not released in the USA, but was happy to see Amazon provided a vehicle for me to purchase this version. I love the subtle effects of this 3D version throughout the film. I also appreciated some great eye-popping effects. Best of all (for me) there are scenes where the characters seem to be right out of the screen and in your room, without feeling unnatural. If you have a 3D set, and of course you already like this film, its worth the purchase. You won't be disappointed.

OK but has lost the magic of the original movies. The villains aren't very threatening and the heroes have no charisma. The whole story seems disjointed and is based on special effects over substance. Kylo Ren is the weakest part of the movie. The character is just not menacing. He tries to be but the actor playing the part just can't pull it off. His protagonist Rey is also one of the weakest characters in the movie. They are supposed to be the major characters but end up being the weakest links in the last two movies. Neither actors are strong enough to portray the parts they have been cast to play. A very disappointing way to finish the Star Wars saga. As a last note the magic of the Force has been ;pretty much destroyed. The only real effect was the very end with Luke. Overall the movie was a disappointment plot wise. Only gave it three stars for the special effects. Otherwise it would have been a 1.5 star movie.

A chi fosse interessato, confermo lingua italiana ma solo nel 4K, il resto non presenta lingua italiana quindi ne bluray film ne disco bonus.

This is advertised on Amazon with explicit notice that the disc has Dutch subtitles. But I received a disc without Dutch subtitles. This now resulted in disappointment and a hassle to return the item.
