So very hard to find straight up lemon tea without all the other stuff in it. Great taste and works well in mixing with honey for a cough or just relaxing. Smells just like cutting into a lemon. Great value and I will buy again.

Excellent lemon balm brew, for a brand that delivers tea leaves, into a teabag, form. I drink it, at night, before bed. it supports digestion, reduces bloating, and mild discomfort. It has a very mild sedative effect, that may improve sleep quality. It delivers a very light lemon bomb aroma. The light comforting aroma, does not overwhelm, the senses, and promotes relaxation, before bedtime.

I like that this tea is organic. Nice color and scent, tastes good.

The taste and smell are pretty mild , but it seems to work well to help relieve stress and sleep better.

I gave this 3 stars because I really felt it helped me to stay relaxed at night. While I still woke up several times, I could easily roll over and go back to sleep. However, the taste was terrible. No lemon flavor at all, and all. Could taste was either stems or tea bag. Not sure which. Very disappointed.

I have trouble sleeping after midnight, usually after waking up to use the bathroom. My mind would start racing about anything and everything. One cup of lemon balm tea, hot or cold, before bed calms my mind and I can fall back to sleep much much faster! Now a daily routine.
