180lbs with a 42in chest/36C cups _37in waist and 45 in Hips.Bought 2XL. If you have never waist trained then 2XL would be comfortable and right for you. If you want to take it serious i would recommend an XL as a beginner. If you have waist trained and want to really make it tight. L is the one to go with if u have my measurementsbut it will be very tight. I worked out and lost weight now 3 months later. Waist is at 33 inches than first measurements in this review and i weight 170.. the L is still really tight and i wear it when im home chilling or cleaning. If im working out i use the 2XL but it is now more loose just holding me upright for now..

For reference I’m 5’2 155 pounds I was looking for a waist trainer that didn’t bend when you sat down, this is the one !! I love it it’s so sturdy snatches you up so nicely,

I got it at night and when I first tried it on it was too tight to even put on. But I waited till the next day, when waking up and put it on an empty stomach and it went on extremely tight but I think that’s the way it supposed to go on. I ordered a large, I’m 5’3 and 160 and very curvy. Could have possibly went up to an x-large too. Only downfall with this waist trainer is the bra straps dig into your skin and the material is very pokey. I got scissors and cut the edges of them to remove the material that was digging into my skin and it made it better.

Sent it back. Ordered the wrong size.

Please don't buy! It's wayyyy too tight around the arms leaving bruises from the straps that are now scars for life. Far as the length It's ok, not long enough for tall women and the width was too big. Fits really loose not supporting anything but your sore shoulders. Had to keep pulling it down when wearing and forget reaching for anything wearing it. It's cutting into your skin like a blade, sharp and painful. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ONE THAT'S $51+ WHEN YOU CAN PURCHASE A CHEAPER ONE LIKE I DID THAT'S $31 THAT DOES THE JOB AND FIT WAY BETTER WITHOUT SORES OR SCARS FROM WEARING IT!

The latex odour is pungent. Not very comfortable but shapes you up nicely if you can tolerate the smell and discomfort.

I originally ordered the short torso faja in beige in a Small. I’m 5’5, 130, but because I have a deep ribcage, I couldn’t quite get the whole faja hooked in. I’m keeping that one for later. I ordered the full torso faja in Medium, and I was successfully able to hook everything in on the 2nd hook easily. For women with short torsos, as a fellow baked potato on stilts, I can assure you it will be a manageable length for you. The construction on this faja is phenomenal, my mom, who is an expert seamstress, was highly impressed by the stitching and boning. Quality workmanship is hard to come by, so if you’re looking for a faja or lighter duty waist trainer, this is definitely worth purchasing. Just pay attention to the sizing chart!

I found this faja to be quite comfortable, apart from the shoulder strap buckles, which can be a bit irritating, but I still enjoy wearing it.
