Great
I really like these cauliflower/rice crumbs they and are delicious. I have used them as a coating to my cauliflower bites and mushrooms. I have used them in the oven, deep fried, and in the air fryer. They all came out great. I add a bit of seasonings to them before cooking. They are a bit pricey on Amazon compared to stores like Sprouts.

Good in theory. Not so much in practice.
I'd actually give it 2.5 stars, but since that's not an option I upgraded to 3 stars -- giving an extra half point for creativity in product development. Two issues for me: (1) It doesn't have the savory profile of a typical panko breadcrumb. I didn't expect it to taste like breadcrumbs, but I didn't expect it to taste almost like candy, either. One reviewer said her kids loved the Cauli Crunch on chicken nuggets and that makese sense: kids' pallettes generally do prefer things that taste more sweet vs. savory. But if you prefer savory, you might not like this. (2) It burns easily. REALLY easily. I prepared some breaded chicken nuggets with half the plate made with traditional panko bread crumbs, and half made with the Cauli Crunch. Same dish, same time in the over, same oven temperature as both were put in at the exact same time. The chicken covered with Cauli Crunch came out burnt and bitter; the panko bread crumb portions were perfect: crispy yet not burnt. Just to get it used up and not waste it, I will try mixing the Cauli Crunch with traditional panko and see if the results are any better. But my big issue is the sweet taste; I just can't get past that!

Amazon searches brought this up as Keto but it's not
I did a search for Keto and Amazon brought this up as the second thing on the search. I didn't look further after seeing it was made with cauliflower but it's also got a ton of rice and is loaded with carbs. No returns on food items. Thanks Amazon for not doing your job, then hiding behind a rule.
