Nice large ice packs. They stay cold really well, especially for squishy ice packs like these. My partner loves them for both migraine relief and cooling down while sleeping. It's been about a month with these in frequent rotation and I haven't noticed and wear and tear yet, so they seem fairly durable too!

I originally got these for post-surgery recovery and have ended up using them constantly ever since. During my reduction recovery, I used a mastectomy pillow with little pockets, and these packs fit perfectly inside. The fabric kept them from being too cold or too hot against my skin, and it made a huge difference in staying comfortable while healing. They’ve also been great for keeping groceries cold on the long trip home from Trader Joe’s. I line my cooler with one on the bottom, two on the sides, and one on top, and everything stays cold the whole way there and back. They don’t melt fast and even when they do start to thaw, they don’t leak or drip water everywhere. I also use them on the back of my neck a lot. They stay flexible and don’t turn into frozen bricks, which makes them great for headaches or just cooling down. I’ve used them both hot and cold, depending on what I need. Sometimes I’ll use a cold one on my neck and a warm one on my feet to help regulate my body temp during migraines, and that combo really helps. I’ve had these for almost two years now and they’re still going strong. Definitely worth having around whether you’re recovering from something or just want a reliable hot/cold pack that works.

These packs are well made and work well.

I bought these after sustaining a head injury & the bruising spread to my face. The size was perfect for covering my eyes & the part of my forehead that I hurt. The packs don’t work as well for heat. The gel doesn’t heat evenly and they lose heat quickly.

These are great. They have a good amount of gel in them to apply heat/cold where applied. We keep 2 in the freezer and 2 in a drawer so we always have a hot or cold option. Decent amount of heating or cooling capacity and at 1/4 the price of name brand options we get much more versatility.

These are just great. I keep them in the freezer and use them to ice shins etc. They are a nice size and able to be conformed to the shape of my foot. These are bendable and the outside material is soft. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Slim, doesn't take up freezer space, and can be easily formed to wrap around ankle or wrist. Works equally well as a hot pack!

I purchased the 4-pack, which are 10" x 5.5" each. I hurt my lower back and needed something that would work. These are really great because even when completely Frozen they remain soft so they can fit the shape of wherever you put it. I've used them for both heat and cold. At first I did not think that I would need four of them but it turned out to be very useful because if you are alternating hot and cold you can always have at least one in the freezer ready to go while the others are either being used or recently put back in the freezer. If you have a back brace it works great to tuck these in back of the brace and then tighten it up and it pushes it up against your back. Definitely a great product, and interesting terminology on the instructions.

They hold up reheating in microwave If you bundle under cover, they hold the heat. Cold is better frozen first. Worked great for oral surgery with so much swelling. Wrapping perfectly under jaw. Shoulder is great too. Perfect weight to avoid sliding

Fantastic for hot and cold, the rounded edges make it perfect for the forehead and they are really durable to last so long so far (a year+)

These are great. Nice and sturdy.

Fantastic ice packs, don’t take up a lot of space in the freezer, last around an hour. Have been great when dealing with sciatica flare-ups.
