Gourmend Organic Garlic Scape Powder, Low FODMAP Garlic Substitute

Great low fodmap garlic substitute. I’ve used other brands out there and this one definitely seems to be the highest quality and best taste out of other options. It is pricier than the other ones I’ve seen, but I do genuinely think it’s worth the cost. Doesn’t cause any stomach issues and helps me keep a low fodmap diet without any side effects. Will definitely continue purchasing.

I have bought garlic oil which is delicious and my friend bought me some other salt shaker -a Monash approved Garlic substitute- But the fillers made me sick and I didn’t like it at all. This is delicious and really does add a garlic flavor if you want more just add more powder. I just wish it was cheaper because I would buy it more often as it is I use the conservatively but would use it every night if I could and if it was more affordable. I definitely think it’s worth a try I really love it and it makes a huge difference for me I cannot believe that I can have garlic again at least in some form even if it’s not the real thing. Thanks

Love garlic flavor but don’t tolerate fresh garlic. A little bit goes a long way.

Definitely milder than garlic bulb but I like the delicate flavor and it is better for digestion issues. I saw some complaints about the packaging which I can say it’s not accurate. The packaging was excellent. It came in a small little box wrapped very carefully with tissue paper and brown paper, mine was in perfect condition with an excellent expiration date. It makes wonderful garlic mashed potatoes. Also great on burgers, salads etc. It come in a shaker bottle which I love. It is expensive but it is a very high quality product and last a long time.

Tasty but I have to use a lot of it to get any flavor. Very expensive for how much you have to use. Smells like grass clippings until you heat it up with oil.

Very very good for people following fodmap. I will be ordering more of your items. I've used in scrambled eggs, salad dressing and seasoning for chicken. Great tasting.

Due to an autoimmune disease that has caused dietary restrictions, I can no longer tolerate garlic. This garlic scape powder has been such a wonderful alternative. The flavor is amazing! I use it in so many dishes and would absolutely recommend to anyone with a garlic intolerance or those following the low fodmap diet.
