Not sturdy at all

It does do a great job: No doubt, but initially it was tough to put pressure on it by standing…took time to increase the time on the plate. Once you acclimatize it’s great. 😊👍🏼

It feels OK, but can work ONLY on carpeted floor which I do not have. ZERO grip on wood or tile floor, I almost tripped and fall, thanks to my wife who was right behind and was able to hold me. If you have hardwoord or tiled floor, make sure you take extra caution and put something that keep this mat in floor or look for something that can support hardwood floor.

If you have tingly feet / tired feet or tired legs You can stand while matching or use it while sitting down and continue matching . It’s a very good board. Pls buy it . 💯✅
