Good product and decent quality. Use it all the time. Very practical when a small amount of oil is required, especially when dieting.

Perfect for frying
This stuff helps you control how much oil you use as it’s a spray. The biggest benefit though is food doesn’t stick to the pan when you use it - fry eggs etc and they never stick like they do with other veg oils.

Works better in summer months
This is an excellent for frying and for greasing baking tins. Note that it has to be shaken before spraying. It should produce a fine spray. If it doesn't it is because it has been stored too cold.
