I really like these omegas. I have been looking for good-quality vegan omegas at a reasonable price for a long time and these fit the bill. It feels really important to me to move away from fish oil and toward more eco-friendly and sustainable options like algae-based omegas. I’m really glad LLS are starting to make this accessible. I was a little unsure about the omegas 6 and 9 in this product as I’ve always opted for super-strength omega-3 only and feel that I get enough -6 and -9 in my diet. I feel really good about it after trying them (although I’d still love to see an omega-3 only product from LLS in future!) They are tasteless and I feel that I easily digest them.

My husband has noticed a significant difference in his knee pain since taking this product from around 7 weeks ago. The benefits have started to kick in in the last 10 days and he’ll be keeping with this for the foreseeable future to maintain those benefits. He particularly liked that they’re gentle on the stomach (no effects at all) and he detected no taste, aftertaste or odour from the product. A bonus when so many alternatives do one or all of these things. Fantastic that LLS are now offering a pure vegan based product too that has no fillers and is toxin and heavy metal free. A further bonus that we’re supporting a small UK business AND the product is manufactured here in the UK. And their price point is very good too when comparing with others. Overall very happy with this product and LLS alike. Would definitely recommend

These capsules are good. The outer coating isn't as smooth as most capsules and gives them a sticky texture, which doesn't make them as easy to swallow as others - although, it's not actually difficult to swallow them. They feel a bit like jelly babies texture-wise. The capsules don't really have a negative taste (which would be a showstopper for me) but if you leave them in your mouth too long, they start to break down quite quickly (I'm talking over a minute, though).

Since go back to being vegetarian at the start of this year, I started noticing knee and heel pain after few months. I tried all sorts of vitamins like potassium, magnesium etc. and then finally settled on Omega369. The only issue with the brand of Omega369 I was using, was that there was no EPA and DHA. It was like drinking 2 spoons of oil in a capsule, cheaper to just buy a bottle of flaxseed oil from store. I finally came across this brand and their composition. The tablets worked miracles for me as my knee pain has disappeared and heel pain has reduced by 60% almost. I can now say EPA and DHA matter with Omega 369. These tablets a little bit bigger but no issues for me to swallow, no after taste and I have not noticed any side effects yet as such. Fully happy and will continue for now.

I chose this supplement for the high-quality of Omega 3 -6 -9. This product is clean as they contain no unnecessary bulkers or fillers, harmful heavy metals which some fish all supplements do. The capsules smell a little of olive oil but are not fishy. Two capsules daily are recommended and they are easy to swallow. Its a great bonus that they also contain Olive Oil, Evening Primrose, Algal Oil Vitamin E and CLA. Great value for money, I will definitely be buying again. My joints feel less achy and I've noticed less clicking in my joints especially my knees.

I bought these as I've used LLS before and I like their products because of the high quality ingredients. This did not disappoint! I was really pleased to see a vegan Omega 3 supplement as I'm trying to cut down on animal-based products. This is also great for anyone who is concerned about the heavy metals sometimes present in fish oil. The tablets are quite large but not too difficult to swallow. They have a slight smell but no real fishy aftertaste - which is a definite plus point! Another good product from LLS!

I started to take these a few months ago as I wanted to try them. Mainly to see if they would be any different from the non vegan ones I took at the time. I was pleasantly surprised. They are a bit smaller than the ones I was taking so they are a lot easier to swallow. There is no taste with these what so ever, not even that after taste you may find with the fish oils. I have felt no massive changes so i am happy they are doing exactly what I want (as I was taking non vegan ones previous) I will keep to these vegan omega 3 pills. Another great product.
