Brilliant models, can't wait to get more.
I don't understand the negative reviews these models get, this is my second UGears model that I received yesterday, I've been working on it now for nearly 7 hours and have managed to complete the bike, I just need to build the side-car now. These are not meant to be thrown together in a couple of minutes, you need patience, time and lots of care, the pieces are delicate, however I have not broken anything yet, you need to ease them out of the boards, they are laser cut very precisely, only been held in place by a tiny part that you need to gently snap to release each piece. (I've tried to show this in a picture with badly drawn arrows) I'd recommend gently sanding the edges of each part to remove any burs left over from removing the piece, and wax everything that moves aswell. (I found a lit tealight candle and small paint brush very helpful in applying wax where needed) The only negative thing i have to say is the mechanics, although thoroughly enjoyable to assemble, it didn't matter how much sanding and waxing I did, I can't get it to run smoothly, but, with the time and effort it has taken to build these, I have no intention in playing with them, they will purely be ornamental. A few top tips I found helpfull: 1. Use melted wax and a small paint brush (tealight candles work a treat) 2. A pair of tweezers come in handy for handling the small pieces 3. Nail clippers work brilliant for cutting the cocktail stick, instead of a knife)

Great Model
This model is quite complex .The parts are all numbered and the instructions are excellent with the construction iillustrated with easy to understand pictures .I did not break any parts being very careful and gently teasing the parts from the boards. The detail on this model is amazing with a sprung seat, independent suspension on all wheels and visible working pistons on the engine. It even has a kickstand that works. The sidecar is also detachable from the bike.It worked on completion as I followed the instructions to wax moving parts and lightly sanding any rough bits on the rotating surfaces. The only thing I would change about this model is I would make the sidecar wheel free spinning and not gear driven as it is now as it just adds more fiction to the drive chain.I was very impressed by the ingenuity of the design and the accuracy of the laser cut parts .Don't rush the build, check everything as you go,follow the instructions to the letter and you will end up with a great model that everyone who sees it will admire .

Looks good once assembled.
Good-quality build, as with all the UGEARS products I have assembled. The only issue I had was the fact that you require a tool to cut cocktail sticks, which is not stated in the listing. For that reason, I have decided to deduct 1* from the review.

Brilliant Project
Great project, kept me occupied building with my son. Some complicated bits, but a little care and time makes the build worth it. Sturdy enough to play with a bit, but not meant as a toy, more a model build. Great value for money, between build time and satisfaction when it works a great kit to build

An excellently detailed modelled, high quality with easy to follow instructions!
Very happy with this purchase for my husband, who is recovering from an operation. He says it’s very robust, good detail in the model and the instructions are simple and clear. The delivery was super fast and over all we both very impressed with the quality especially at such a reasonable price. If you like model building, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you, UGears!

Great fun, looks great and it moves
Bought this for my dad's birthday as he lives motorbikes and the fact this model moved and has moving parts made it stand out from other motorbike models. My dad loved making it, even the fiddly bits. My dad is in his 70's and wants to have a go at another one. Think I know what his father's Day present will be

Bellissima
E' il primo il primo modellino in legno che compro, ma ne ho fatti a decine in plastica. Sono rimasto colpito dalla qualità, non credevo che si potesse raggiungere un livello cosi alto con del legno, miracoli del taglio laser. Ho avuto qualche problema inizialmente a capire come levare i pezzi senza romperli e senza starci 2 ore, ora vado spedito.

Motorcycle 'Zen'!
Whoever did this motorcycle with sidecar, please do me a favor? Relay a message from me to say that this project is my 18th since Covid kept me home. I've done some of the tougher ones, bigger ones, like the Cabriolet, Steam Engine and Tender car, almost all of the race cars, etc., but this one, in particular, was tops in punching out the pieces so easily, and how each piece fitted without a lot of finger pressure, and kept me in suspense as each piece made it stronger and more functional. Of course, you know, that none of these are 'glueless'. If a part keeps falling out, and it has no moving function, it gets some gorilla super glue. You can't have pieces falling out, and gluing isn't that bad. My hat's off to the engineers who did this. This motorcycle and sidecar was just 'different' than anything else that I've done. I was actually thrilled when finished because it looked so good. I don't know if I can find another that's so appealing. But, I've already started looking. I've noticed I have some calluses on my thumb and forefinger, plus I use my fingernails a lot. I don't use 'YouTube' for help because I'd like to figure it out for myself. Also, I think when doing the instructions, it would be educational and helpful to explain what part you are working on. Mostly though, I feel whoever is originating these, is close to Genius! I really mean that. Edmund
